EBA Gives Back Project

EBA Conference attendees are invited to join us for EBA Gives Back: Your choice to participate a local, charity activity taking place on  Sunday, June 9, 2019 from 9:30am -12pm.

For our Philadelphia project, we will be volunteering at Bartram’s Garden, doing cleanup, gardening, and other activities. Bartram’s Garden is a national historical landmark and looks like a huge community staple. It is about 5 miles from the conference location, so we will arrange carpools and Ubers.

9:30-12:30pm on Sunday June 9th
Bartram’s Garden
5400 LINDBERGH BLVD.
PHILADELPHIA, PA 19143

Planning to join us for this charitable activity? Please take a moment and pre-register yourself (required) via Bartam's Garden volunteer portal.

Also, don't forget to add the optional "EBA Gives Back" ticket to your conference registration.

Please note this agenda is preliminary and is subject to change until final agenda is published.

The EBA publishes a conference agenda, with most EBA-sanctioned event activities (including sessions, receptions, luncheons, etc.) taking place on Sunday from 9am - 12pm; and again from 4pm - 8pm; on Monday from 7am - 8pm; on Tuesday from 7am - 5pm; and on Wednesday from 8am - 12:30pm. We ask that all attending members, affiliates and sponsors plan their meetings and private functions in accordance so they do not conflict with any of the aforementioned time frames.
