The EBA publishes a conference agenda, with most EBA-sanctioned event activities (including sessions, receptions, luncheons, etc.) taking place on Sunday from 8am - 12pm; and again from 4pm - 7pm; on Monday from 7am - 7pm; on Tuesday from 7am - 5pm; and
on Wednesday from 8am - 12:30pm.
We ask that all attending members, affiliates and sponsors plan their meetings and private functions in accordance so they do not conflict with any of the aforementioned time frames.

Extra Exposure! Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Sponsors are invited to produce a commercial-like video to be shown between general sessions. Videos may not be a sales pitch, must be produced in-house, and should be intended to be funny and non-serious.

The Fine Print on EBA Sponsorships
EBA shall not refund, rebate, or credit any fees associated with Sponsorship.
EBA reserves the right to refuse to sell sponsorship, exhibit space or advertising to any company it deems objectionable or cross-purposed to the association’s mission.

EBA does not share our members nor attendees’ contact information. We publish the attendee list online; and share an attendee list with names and company names prior to conference.
Payment Policy: All payments for the June Conference are due by May 6, 2022 or net 45 days, whichever comes first. Failure to pay in full by deadline date will result in a late payment
fee of 15% of total sponsorship package. Please note that payment can be made with a credit card at the time of registration.
Registration and Marketing Benefits: Sponsorship registration is required before pre-event marketing benefits begin. Marketing benefits are effective as soon as registration is received, regardless
of payment option. If you prefer a contract and invoice instead of registering online, please contact Hannah Queen at hannah@envirobank.org.
Sponsorship registration is separate from Conference Registration. If your sponsorship package includes complimentary conference registrations, you will receive a follow up email from Hannah Queen, which will include a unique code for comp registration(s).
Exhibit Table Assignment Considerations: Exhibit spaces are table-top, and include one (1) six-foot table and two chairs. All exhibits will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, after priority
given to Sponsor levels. Specific table assignments may take into account the amount of space required, exhibiting history, type of physical exhibit, and product type. Opportunities for exhibit tables may sell out, depending on the space availability
at the host hotel. Exhibit space is not guaranteed until written confirmation is sent by EBA. Exhibit table assignments will be made by June 3, 2022.
