The EBA publishes a conference agenda, with most EBA-sanctioned event activities (including sessions, receptions, luncheons, etc.) taking place on Sunday from 9am - 12pm; and again from 4pm - 8pm; on Monday from 7am - 8pm; on Tuesday from 7am - 5pm; and on Wednesday from 8am - 12:30pm. We ask that all attending members, affiliates and sponsors plan their meetings and private functions in accordance so they do not conflict with any of the aforementioned time frames.

Video recording of the live conference sessions is not permitted. EBA hires a professional photographer who will be taking pictures throughout. All EBA speakers agree to use of professional photographs in future EBA marketing and promotions, and give full permissions for photography and use of photographs.

Arriving Early? Make Plans to Join the Kilgore Pre-EBA Adventure

Julie Kilgore has arranged a hiking adventure at Summit Mt. Mitchell for Saturday, June 11. At 6,684 feet, Summit Mt. Mitchell is the highest point east of the Mississippi. The plan is for a 7-hour hike, which is 4 hours up, 3 hours down. Julie suggests to come in on Friday night, hike Saturday, recover Saturday night, and arrive for EBA Sunday morning.  Lodging space at Arnold's Lodge, about a 2-hour drive from Charlotte, is limited. Contact Julie directly to confirm your participation.
