Please read all details below, then find the button to register for the Environmental Bankers Association Winter Conference, January 19-22, 2020 in Phoenix Arizona at the top of this page.


Online registration closes on January 10, 2020. Onsite registration will be available at the meeting. STANDARD registration rates begin on December 27, 2019. For questions or additional information, please contact Jess Palmer.

 

Don't forget the optional activities!

  • EBA Gives Back: Your choice to participate in a local-area charity activities with your fellow conference attendees, taking place on Sunday, January 19 from 9:30am -12noon. This year’s Give Back project will be be announced soon! To sign up, add the optional ticket to your registration.

  • Wednesday Banker Member Training: Our Wednesday half-day session is January 22 from 8:30am - 12noon, and covers a variety of topics. This session is free to all full conference registrants, but we do need you to RSVP. Please confirm your attendance by selecting yes or no on your registration form.

  • Phoenix Dine Arounds: Enjoy dinner with your fellow attendees at a nearby Phoenix restaurant. Dine Arounds will be organized for both Sunday and Monday nights, and everyone pays for their own tab. Dine Around sign up sheets will be available at the registration desk onsite. Be sure to sign up when you pick up your name badge!

 

What you need to know BEFORE registering:

  • Log in required before registering for the event, or create a guest account.
  • Pricing schedule is determined by below dates. BEST DEAL rates are available for those registering before November 30, 2019.
  • The following details are required for registering each member of your organization: first name, last name, company, job title, email address and phone number.
  • To register, read all information on this page, and click the button found at the top right-side of this page.
  • Are you a Sponsor? If your sponsorship package includes complimentary conference registration(s), you will receive a follow up email from an EBA staff member, which will include a unique code for comp registration(s).

Payment Options

1. Pay online with a credit card at the time of your registration.

2. During registration, select Bill Me as your payment option. You will receive an automatic email with your invoice included. Please note that by selecting this option, you agree to remit payment within 30 days of the invoice date, or by December 10, 2019, whichever date comes first. "Bill Me" option will not be available after December 10, 2019.

If you have questions regarding your registration, please contact the EBA Office. Once submitted, you no longer have the option to edit your registration yourself. Our staff is happy to assist you. Please don't hesitate to call us prior to submission in order to provide you with the smoothest registration process possible. You can reach us at (678) 619-5045 or eba@envirobank.org. Our office is open from 9 am - 4 pm Eastern, and a staff member will respond within one business day (24 hours).


Conference Refund Guidelines

A 75% refund is offered for cancellations made prior to two weeks before the first full day of the event. Refunds are not granted for cancellation after this date.

For cancellations from two weeks prior until the first full day of the conference, requests for the registration fee to be applied to the next EBA conference will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Board of Governors if extenuating circumstances exist (inability to attend due to personal illness, family emergency, significant flight delays, etc.). Such requests must be made by one week after the first full day of the conference.

All cancellations and appeals must be submitted in writing to eba@envirobank.org or by fax to 678-229-2777.

No refunds are granted for conferences that have been attended.


The EBA publishes a conference agenda, with most EBA-sanctioned event activities (including sessions, receptions, luncheons, etc.) taking place on Sunday from 8am - 12pm; and again from 4pm - 8pm; on Monday from 7am - 8pm; on Tuesday from 7am - 5pm; and on Wednesday from 8am - 12:30pm.

We ask that all attending members, affiliates and sponsors plan their meetings and private functions in accordance so they do not conflict with any of the aforementioned time frames.
