Online registration closes on January 29, 2025. Onsite registration
will be available at the meeting.
EARLY BIRD rates available until four weeks before conference. STANDARD registration rates begin after that, and are an increase on price by 10%. For questions or additional information, please contact

What you need to know BEFORE registering:

- Pricing schedule is determined by below dates. EARLY BIRD rates are available for those registering before January 6, 2025.
- The following details are required for registering each member of your organization: first name, last name, company, job title, email address and phone number.
- To register, read all information on this page, and click the button found at the top right-side of this page.
- Are you a Sponsor? If your sponsorship package includes complimentary conference registration(s), you will receive a follow up email from an EBA staff member, which will include a unique code for comp registration(s).

the Annual Conference for an exciting EBA Gives Back activity for all
attendees!

ABOUT THE ACTIVITY:
Get to know your fellow EBA members in this networking and team
building activity, which is sure to bring lots of laughs and fun. You
will form teams and participate in silly relay races for bragging rights
and potential prizes.
PARTICIPATION: There is a minimum $25 donation per member to participate. Separate sign-up is required.

Payment Options
1. Pay online with a credit card at the time of your registration.
2. During registration, select Bill Me as your payment option. You will receive an automatic email with your invoice included. Please note that by selecting this option, you agree to remit payment within 30 days of the invoice date, or by January 6, 2025, whichever date comes first.
Bill Me option will not be available after January 6, 2025.

If you have questions regarding your registration, please contact the EBA Office. Once submitted, you no longer have the option to edit your registration yourself. Our staff is happy to assist you. Please

Our office is open from 9 am - 4 pm Eastern, and a staff member will respond within one business day (24 hours).
Conference Refund Guidelines
A 75% refund is offered for cancellations made prior to two weeks before the first full day of the event. Refunds are not granted for cancellation after this date.
For cancellations from two weeks prior until the first full day of the conference, requests for the registration fee to be applied to the next EBA conference will be considered on a case-by-case
basis by the Board of Governors if extenuating circumstances exist (inability to attend due to personal illness, family emergency, significant flight delays, etc.). Such requests must be made by one
week after the first full day of the conference.
All cancellations and appeals must be submitted in writing to eba@envirobank.org or by fax to 678-229-2777.
No refunds are granted for conferences that have been attended.
The EBA publishes a conference agenda, with most EBA-sanctioned event activities (including sessions, receptions, luncheons, etc.) taking place on Monday from 4pm - 8pm; Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am -
6pm; and Thursday from 8am - 1pm.
We ask that all attending members, affiliates and sponsors plan their meetings and private functions in accordance so they do not conflict with any of the aforementioned time frames.
Liability Waiver:
I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, illness, death or property damage which I may have now or in the future as a result of attending this conference.
This release is given in consideration of my attendance and is intended to discharge Environmental Bankers Association (EBA) (including its officers, employees, and agents) from any and all liability
arising out of or connected in any way with my attendance and participation in the conference, even though that liability may arise out of the negligence of the entities listed above. It is further agreed
that this waiver, release, and discharge shall be binding on my estate, heirs, and assigns.
