The Fine Print on EBA Sponsorships
- EBA shall not refund, rebate, or credit any fees associated with Sponsorship.
- EBA reserves the right to refuse to sell sponsorship, exhibit space or advertising to any company it deems objectionable or cross-purposed to the association’s mission.
- EBA publishes a conference agenda, with most EBA-sanctioned event activities (including sessions, receptions, luncheons, etc.) taking place on Monday from 4pm - 7pm; Tuesday and Wednesday from 7am - 5pm; and Thursday from 7am - 1pm. We ask that all
attending members, affiliates and sponsors plan their meetings and private functions in accordance so they do not conflict with any of the aforementioned time frames.
- EBA does not share our members nor attendees’ contact information. We publish the attendee list online; and share an attendee list with names and company names prior to conference.
Payment Policy:
All payments for 2025 Annual Sponsorships are due by January 22, 2025 or net 45 days, whichever comes first. Failure to pay in full by deadline date will result in
a late payment fee of 15% of total sponsorship package. Please note that payment can be made with a credit card at the time of registration.
Registration and Marketing Benefits:
Sponsorship registration is required before pre-event marketing benefits begin. Marketing benefits are effective as soon as registration is received, regardless
of payment option. If you prefer a contract and invoice instead of registering online, please contact Lindsay Cuppia at lindsay@envirobank.org.
Sponsorship registration is separate from Conference Registration. If your sponsorship package includes complimentary conference registrations, you will receive a follow up email from EBA staff, which will include a unique code for comp registration(s).
Exhibit Table Assignment Considerations (for annual in-person conference):
Exhibit spaces are table-top, and include one (1) six-foot table and two chairs. All exhibits will be assigned on a first-come,
first-served basis, after priority given to Sponsor levels. Specific table assignments may take into account the amount of space required, exhibiting history, type of physical exhibit, and product type. Opportunities for exhibit tables may sell out,
depending on the space availability at the host hotel. Exhibit space is not guaranteed until written confirmation is sent by EBA.
