The EBA offers four sponsorship levels, Platinum, Gold, Silver and a new one we call Premium for whoever agrees to provide the premium giveaway item. All sponsor levels include setting up a table top exhibit, one free meeting attendee, a posting on the EBA website, and recognition in e-mail Alerts as a Meeting Sponsor.
Platinum sponsorship costs $3,000; it does not cover the actual cost, but we will post a sign that you as sponsoring either the Monday evening Reception or the Sunday night Mixer. All sponsors are listed on the EBA website, but Platinum sponsors are listed with a logo, hyperlink and company description. We also use the Platinum sponsors' logos in all e-mails about the meeting and on the meeting agenda. We reserve the right to have multiple sponsors for a given event in order to cover actual costs.
Gold sponsorship costs $2,000 and again does not cover actual costs for sponsorship of the Monday or Tuesday luncheons. Gold sponsors are listed on the EBA website with a hyperlink and a sign at the door announces their sponsorship of the lunch. We reserve the right to have multiple sponsors for a given event in order to cover actual costs.
Silver sponsorship costs $1000 and for silver sponsors we thank everyone as a group for the refreshments at the breaks. Silver sponsors are listed on the EBA website with a hyperlink only. We solicit multiple Silver Sponsors.
Premium sponsorship costs $1000 plus the cost of the item and will require discussion and cooperation in choosing an item, imprinting a logo and arranging the delivery.
