Customer Support Representative
"ExactBid is a fast-growing and profitable SaaS company, providing a sophisticated workflow management system to the real-estate and financial services community. ExactBid's flagship product, RIMS (Real-estate Information Management System), is used by banks to manage their appraisals, inspections, and other due-diligence tasks performed in property evaluations. Last year, more than 30 percent of all commercial real estate transactions by banks in the US went through RIMS. ExactBid is headquartered in San Jose, CA ExactBid is seeking a Customer Support Representative for a full-time employee position; previous experience with RIMS in a bank environment would be beneficial. The role of this individual is to interact with new and existing customers, including training users on RIMS, responding to bug reports and enhancement requests, and representing the customer’s perspective for projects to develop, test and deliver new releases. Job Purpose: Provide problem-solving resources; managing corporate resources in support of customer. Job Description: - Assist in customer training, site launch and site update activities - Work with customers to respond to enhancement requests - Work with other departments to define necessary code or configuration changes, cost out special projects, present quotations to customers, and monitor project progress - Contribute to the establishment and refinement of processes, methods, and tools for problem reporting and customer fulfillment - Champion customer interests to assure prompt attention and resource commitment to their needs; provide monthly input on customer satisfaction measurements - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. - Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Qualification Requirements include: - Experience with RIMS in a bank environment desirable - Experience in technical customer support desirable - Familiarity with Internet applications and web browsers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities while attending to details - Professionalism, punctuality and reliability - Ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere Send resumes to CSR-RIMS-HR@exactbid.com"
